The Whitby Ghost and Dracula Walk
Available for private booking only
Come on this entertaining walk with Rose - winner of The Yorkshire Prestige Awards - Best Ghost Walks experience of 2022/23.
Starting in the graveyard in the shadow of the abbey..
Whitby...a town perched between two supernatural thresholds - the moors and the sea. The Whitby Ghost and Dracula Walk is rich with stories of the magical and mysterious, of shipwrecks and ghosts, superstitions and the supernatural.
See the landmarks and listen to the folklore, news and strange facts that inspired Bram Stoker when he put pen to paper in Whitby to write the infamous book of Dracula, which has never been out of print. This is an otherworldly walk into ancient legend, maritime drama, spiritual mysteries and rip roaring ghost stories with the only Whitby guide who has permission to run tours in the graveyard.
Come and discover highlights of Whitby history, where windswept cliffs tower over the harbour estuary, where the river waters flow down from the high moor through the deep green Esk valley and out into a wild North Sea. Whitby is the perfect place for a Ghost and Dracula walk!
The Whitby Ghost and Dracula Walk lasts around 75 minutes and is available for private booking only. More info below and see other pages for reviews and comments.
